BRK·GAI / About
The Company
Brockwell Systems is a sovereign geospatial intelligence firm operating at the intersection of drone technology, precision data capture, and self-hosted processing infrastructure.
Mission
Every organisation we work with receives a finished geospatial deliverable — a photogrammetric model, an immersive walkthrough, a vulnerability assessment — and retains complete ownership of it. No login portals. No data residency ambiguity. No vendor relationship to maintain.
We believe the value in geospatial data belongs to the entity that commissions it. Our architecture is designed from the ground up to enforce that principle.
Leadership
Director & Founder
Tada founded Brockwell Systems with a clear mandate: build the kind of geospatial intelligence capability that sophisticated organisations in both the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa actually need — sovereign, precise, and owned outright by the client.
With operations initially anchored in the UK and a planned permanent move to Zimbabwe in 2027, Brockwell is structured to serve both markets with the same technical rigour and the same commitment to data sovereignty.
Operating principle
"Every product must have a proven buyer already spending money on the problem. We don't build speculative capability."
— Buyer-first product filter
Technical Architecture
Our processing infrastructure runs on a private compute cluster — no third-party cloud at any stage. Data flows from drone to our hub to your hands, and nowhere else.
Capture
DJI Mini 3 and Neo 2 aircraft deployed to site. Autonomous flight planning, photogrammetric overlap patterns, and 360° capture for immersive deliverables.
Process
All photogrammetry, point cloud processing, model reconstruction, and AI analysis runs on Brockwell's own hardware. OpenDroneMap, PDAL, QGIS, and YOLOv8 — no cloud dependency.
Deliver
Final deliverables — 3D models, immersive tours, GIS layers, inspection reports — hosted on infrastructure you control or delivered as offline-capable packages.
Retain
You receive the raw data, the processed outputs, and the right to use, share, and store them without any ongoing relationship with Brockwell required.
